Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a big bathroom that was exactly as shown in the pictures. The bed was particularly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hotel also offered a good breakfast with a great view. the staff were friendly and helpful with providing directions to key locations around the area.
The hotel was a part of a hospital. The patients with drips and hospital equipment around the entrance were not welcoming.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms that are just like in the pictures, complete with a big window even in late October. The bed is nice and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provides a wide range of options to choose from, satisfying all appetites.
All aspects of this hotel were absolutely fine.

I spent my Easter holiday at a hotel that has a great view and a very delicious breakfast. The rooms were neat and clean. What I appreciated the most was the location, the bus stop was near, we didn't have to worry about transportation. the staff was very friendly, they helped us with every request we had.
One of the negative aspects of the hotel was its quirky details and features, which clearly reminded us of a hospital. , the size of the rooms was a bit small, it was not comfortable enough to move around with ease.

We stayed in a decent location on the # 3 bus line which was great to reach the city center, tourist areas, and even the ferry to Tallinn. The room was clean but quite small with a bathroom that had a very small shower and no soap provided. The staff was average but may not meet everyone's example of kindness and friendliness. The breakfast had sufficient variety but not great quality. The only advantage was the available coffee and ice cream at the mini-cafe in the reception.
The hotel lacked any special amenities or luxurious details.

100% Recommend this hotel.

All aspects of the hotel were satisfactory.

I stayed at a hotel located on the top floor of a hospital. Initially, it sounded strange to be staying with patients, but the luxury rooms changed my perception. The view from the reception balcony was simply amazing. The hotel's location is pretty convenient as it is near the bus stop and close to the city center. Besides, the hotel facilities are excellent with a super clean environment, and the staff is nice and helpful. The best part of the stay was the delicious breakfast served with endless coffee!
Nothing.

The facilities were basic, but sufficient for our needs. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable during our stay. The bed in our room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The quiet atmosphere in the hotel allowed us to relax and enjoy some quality time together. Plus, the view from the balcony in the hotel lobby was simply breathtaking, adding to the romantic vibe of our escape.
One major drawback was the strange location of the hotel within a hospital building. It was quite unsettling to enter a hospital entrance and see patients and doctors around.

I got great value for my money at Hotell Arstaviken. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I had a beautiful view from the window. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center either by train or a pleasant 20-25 minute walk. The staff were friendly and treated me well.
The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.
